Store Policies

Production:

We consider ourselves a soap making  “boutique” so we don’t make your soap until you order it. But just like in your world, sometimes stuff happens in ours, so please allow 3-4 days for production.  (just in case)

Shipping:

We love to ship in those nifty post office “If It Fits, It Ships” boxes and we do our best to snuggle everything into the smallest one possible to save you money. Our shipping costs are set up according to the total cost of your order and based on the Priority Mail flat fee boxes. But don’t forget that shipping is FREE for orders $75 or more!

Returns:

Your satisfaction is the number one goal, so if you are not happy, happy, happy with your goodies for any reason, just send the unopened and unused items back in good condition. We will happily refund your total purchase price. But please understand that the shipping fees are not refundable.
